Start construction of bridge over Tam Bac river



The municipal People’s committee in coordination with Son Truong Co.,Ltd, held the kick-start for construction of Tam Bac bridge over Tam Bac river. This is the project for commemorating the 62^ndanniversary of Hai Phong liberation (May 13^th, 1955 – May 13^th,2017) to be donated to Hai Phong city by Son Truong Co.,Ltd. Tam Bac bridge has a special meaning for urban transport development of Hai Phong responding to expectation of people in the region of Ha Ly and Pham Hong Thai wards and Hong Bang district. Construction of Tam Bac bridge would also aim at expanding the transport corridor connecting the downtown with Vinhomes Imperia and making it relevant with detailed plan scaled 1/2000 of Hong Bang district on Feb 21^st, 2017, contributing to refurbishment and development of the urban, enhancing convenience of transport for people.  
The bridge will be 174 meters long entirely; of which, the main bridge spans will be 130m, 26,4m in width, nominated load is 18 tons, to be invested uniquely with system of green trees, art lighting … with the total invested amount of 78 billion Vietnam Dong. The project is scheduled to be completed within 04 months that it would be inaugurated by the anniversary of the coming National Day Sep 2^nd, 2017.
