Accordingly, the city will simultaneously commence and inaugurate 14 projects and constructions at 13 different venues across Hai Phong to celebrate the major holidays and the 2026 Red Flamboyant Festival.
The main venue will host the inauguration ceremony for the Investment, Restoration, and Renovation Project of the Ben K15 Historical Relic Complex in Do Son Ward.
The 12 satellite venues will include:
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Cat Bi Victory Monument Project at Cat Bi International Airport in Hai An Ward; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for two projects: 
o    the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 bypassing Vinh Bao Town in Vinh Bao District, 
o    and the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 through Kien An District, held in Kien An Ward; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Ninh Binh – Hai Phong Expressway (CT.08) Project, including the section through Hai Phong City and 9 km through Thai Binh Province (now Hung Yen Province), together with the construction of Van Uc 2 Bridge, held in Kien Hai Commune; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Development Project within the new residential area of Cam Dien – Luong Dien in Cam Giang District, held in Mao Dien Commune; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Project, held in Gia Phuc Commune; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project (Phase 1), held in Bach Dang, Nam Trieu, and Hoa Binh Wards; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Binh Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, held in Nguyen Luong Bang Commune; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, held in Hai An Ward; 
•    The groundbreaking ceremony for the Technical Infrastructure Construction, Operation, and Management Project for the Thuy Nguyen Mechanical and Casting Craft Village Industrial Cluster, held in Le Ich Moc Ward; 
•    The inauguration ceremony for the Doan Tung 2 Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, held in Nguyen Luong Bang Commune; 
•    The inauguration ceremony for the Hai Duong Provincial Social Protection Center Construction Project, held in Nam Sach and Thai Tan Communes; 
•    The inauguration ceremony for the 110kV Tu Minh (Dai An 2) Transmission Line and Substation Project, located in the expanded Dai An Industrial Park in Mao Dien Commune. 
According to the plan, the events will take place on May 14, 2026.
From 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, each venue will independently organize guest reception activities and welcome performances.
Beginning at 2:30 PM, the ceremonies will be jointly conducted both in person and online, broadcast live on Hai Phong Newspaper and Hai Phong Radio & Television.
