On the morning of September 18, the Trade Remedies Authority of Viet Nam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade, organized the 2026 Trade Remedies Forum under the theme “Strengthening National Production Capacity and Creating New Growth Drivers.” Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan attended and delivered the opening remarks.

On the morning of September 18, a delegation from Hai Phong City, led by Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee, visited exhibition booths at the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the Hai Phong City product exhibition area as part of the Nanning International Friendship Cities Exhibition.

On the afternoon of September 21, the 7th Red River Delta Logistics Forum was held at the Hai Phong Conference and Performance Center under the theme “Creating a New Development Space for Logistics in the Red River Delta.”

On the morning of September 17, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Hoang Minh Cuong joined the Vietnamese Government delegation, led by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc, to attend the opening ceremony of the China–ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), taking place from September 17–21 in Nanning, Guangxi, China.

On the afternoon of September 11, the Content and Communications Subcommittee of the Con Son–Kiep Bac Festival – Autumn 2026 held a press conference to provide information about the festival program. The press conference was chaired by Nguyen Thanh Trung, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Do Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and Nguyen Hai Binh, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Hai Phong Party Committee.

On the evening of September 13, the Hai Phong–India Arts Exchange took place at the “Connecting Passions” performance venue on Bach Dang Walking Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward. Featuring distinctive artistic performances from Vietnam and India, along with direct interaction between artists and audiences, the program created a vibrant evening of cultural exchange, contributing to greater mutual understanding and closer people-to-people ties between the two countries.
