On the morning of September 29, at the City Conference and Performing Arts Center, Viet Nam - Finance – the Financial Investment Magazine – and the Vietnam Financial Consulting Association (VFCA), in coordination with the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, organized a scientific conference themed “Unlocking Industrial Park Real Estate Financing: Capturing the Investment Wave in a New Era of Growth.

On the morning of September 30 (the 20th day of the eighth lunar month in the Year of the Horse), at the Kiep Bac Relic Site in Tran Hung Dao Ward, a traditional procession, commemorative ceremony and death anniversary ceremony for Saint Tran – Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan were solemnly held as part of the Con Son–Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2026.

On October 2, at the City Conference and Performing Arts Center, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Hai Phong People’s Committee, organized the 12th Northern Vietnam Industry and Trade Sector Conference 2026.

On the evening of September 26, at Kiep Bac Temple, the Hai Phong City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee solemnly held a ceremony commemorating the 726th death anniversary of National Hero Tran Hung Đao officially opening the Con Son – Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2026 and unveiling the brand identity system for the Yen Tu – Vinh Nghiem – Con Son – Kiep Bac Complex of Monuments and scenic Landscapes, a UNESCO World Heritage property. The event marked the opening of this year’s series of autumn festival activities and a new milestone in the preservation, promotion, and enhancement of the heritage’s values following its UNESCO inscription.

Attending the reception were H.E. Touch Sorpharath, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Chairman of its Central Inspection Committee; Mr. Le Hai Long, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation; and representatives of relevant municipal departments, agencies, and the Hai Phong Youth Union.

To commemorate the 1,088th anniversary of the Bach Dang Victory (938–2026), Dong Hai Ward is organizing a series of activities at the Tu Luong Xam Special National Heritage Site on September 23 and 24, 2026 (the 13th and 14th days of the eighth lunar month). The activities provide an opportunity to honor King Ngo Quyen, who led the Vietnamese army and people to defeat the Southern Han invaders in 938, ushering in a prolonged period of national independence and self-rule. They also contribute to preserving, promoting and spreading awareness of the historical and cultural values of the heritage site.
