In a solemn atmosphere, the city delegation respectfully offered incense in memory of outstanding sons of Hai Phong who bravely fought and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. In front of the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the Party organization, authorities, armed forces and people of the city pledged absolute loyalty to the Party’s ideals; promoting the tradition of “Heroic Port City, land of Eastern cultural heritage”, working together in unity and determination to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks, ensure national defense and security, and build Hai Phong together with the country entering a new era, an era of national rise.

Expressing deep gratitude for his great contributions and sacrifices, the Party organization, authorities, armed forces and people of the city pledged unity and consensus in building a more prosperous and beautiful Hai Phong.
