On the afternoon of November 11, Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau chaired a meeting with the Delegation from the Kingdom of the Netherlands led by Mrs. Aukje de Vries, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands, to discuss cooperation in seaport development in Hai Phong.
