Viet Nam industrial park development forum 2026
The forum was held to connect local authorities, industrial park infrastructure developers, investors, manufacturers and solution providers, with the aim of identifying new growth drivers for Viet Nam’s industrial parks. It also provided an opportunity for Hai Phong to strengthen its commitment to developing industrial parks in a green, ecological and sustainable direction.

Viet Nam has set a strategic target of achieving double-digit economic growth and becoming a developing country with a modern industrial base by 2030. To realize this goal, industry must continue to serve as the main engine of economic growth, but under a new development model based on science, technology, innovation, high added value, green and digital transformation, and stronger participation in global value chains. This requires industrial parks and economic zones to be repositioned in terms of functions, development models and investment attraction quality.
Dr. Nguyen Tram Anh, National Program Manager, Global Eco-Industrial Parks Program, UNIDO
At the forum, delegates presented in-depth reports and held discussions focused on solutions to transform Vietnam’s industrial park development model from quantity to quality and efficiency. Discussions also highlighted stronger linkages between foreign-invested and domestic enterprises, with the goal of building a modern, green and sustainable industrial ecosystem. Alongside the forum, an exhibition area featured more than 25 booths from leading organizations in industrial infrastructure and technology, including IDICO, TONMAT, Sao Do Group, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the DEEP C Industrial Zones.
