The city inspection delegation visited the construction of a three-storey classroom building with 12 rooms at Ha Ky Primary School, and the renovation and upgrade of the transport route in Nguyen Giap Commune, connecting Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 396, passing through Ha Hai, Trach Lo and Đai Ha hamlets.

During a working session with the Nguyen Giap Commune Party Committee’s Standing Committee, Mr. Do Manh Hien acknowledged the locality’s achievements. Over the past eight months, the commune has reduced its number of hamlets from 15 to 10 and merged nine schools into three. Estimated total production value reached nearly 1.597 trillion VND, equivalent to 59.8% of the annual plan. Site clearance has been prioritized, with site handover completed for three key projects. However, public investment disbursement in the eight-month period has reached less than 40% of the plan. Mr. Do Manh Hien directed the commune to continue removing difficulties, accelerate project progress and public investment disbursement, strengthen land management and revenue collection, effectively implement socio-economic development, national defence and security tasks in the last months of the year.
