The city leader inspected the investment and construction project to expand Nguyen Trai Street and carry out site clearance for the former Hai Duong City Centre Urban Area – Zone I (Diamond Land); and the investment and construction project for internal roads and site clearance for the former Hai Duong City Centre Urban Area – Zone 2. These projects still face difficulties and obstacles in verifying land and asset origins and formulating compensation and support plans, affecting the disbursement of public investment capital. Localities have proposed that the city issue directives to resolve these issues, set clear deadlines for completing site clearance, with some work-items to be finished by next September.

Also this morning, in Tu Minh Ward, Vice Chairman Le Trung Kien met with leaders of nine wards including Hai Duong, Le Thanh Nghi, Viet Hoa, Thanh Dong, Nam Dong, Tan Hung, Thach Khoi, Tu Minh and Ai Quoc to review the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and assignments under Resolution No. 11 issued by the City Party Committee’s Executive Committee./.
