The statue of Lord Linh Lang in Bao Ha Temple is of person size, about 1.7m high, with a handsome face and a crown on his head. He wears a silk robe sitting on the throne, holding a scroll in one of his hands. He can stand up gently, calmly and sit down slowly.

The statue standing up and sitting down is a unique and rare creation of the artisans in Bao Ha statue carving traditional village. Therefore, people not only consider the statue a treasure with spiritual meaning but also a representation of the village’s profession in statue carving and puppetry.

Another unique feature of Bao Ha Temple is in the front of the statue's pedestal, where a semicircular well called "dragon eye" was built. If you drop a pomelo into the well, after three gong beats, the pomelo will drift about 30-40m away and emerge in the lake in front of the shrine. With special historical and cultural significance, Bao Ha Temple was recognized as a National Historic Site in 1991, becoming an impressive tourist destination of Hai Phong City.
