The Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park has been implemented since 2025, with a total area of 234.63 hectares. From the early stages, the project has received strong support from local residents, creating favorable conditions for site clearance. To date, Kim Thanh Commune has revoked approximately 150 hectares of land, achieving 64% of the planned progress.

So far, Kim Thanh Commune has completed the first phase of land handover to the investor, covering nearly 60 hectares. The locality is currently continuing to finalize procedures to hand over the second phase of about 50 hectares, creating a clean land fund to ensure the project can commence construction in time for the anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day.
