The “Gen Z's Journey to a Future Career” program not only creates opportunities for young people to connect with businesses, training institutions and employers, but also helps inspire aspirations for self-reliance and career development among the younger generation.
Amid the vibrant atmosphere of Hai Phong’s youth community, the “Gen Z's Journey to a Future Career” program became a meaningful event for students, youth union members and young people, together with businesses, training institutions and recruitment agencies. Participants received career counseling, job placement support, guidance on CV preparation, rapid interviews and direct access to employers. In particular, the discussion session titled “Gen Z and the Journey to Adapting to a Future Career” offered practical perspectives on labor market trends in the era of digital transformation. Alongside the career guidance activities, the Hai Phong Youth Food and Culture Festival featured booths displaying local products, OCOP products, local specialties, youth economic initiatives and innovative startup models.

More than simply a venue for networking and experience-sharing, the festival also created opportunities for youth-led economic models and startup projects to reach consumers, promote products and seek cooperation and development opportunities.
