During the 2026-2031 term, the association will continue to strengthen its structure and expand its activities, while working closely with the Hai Phong Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Vietnam Construction Association to connect businesses and management agencies, carry out professional activities, promote research, and participate in social criticism and assessment activities, contributing further to the city's socio-economic development.
