The project to build the road behind berths No.3 to No.6 starts from the end point of the road behind berth No.2 and ends at berth No.6, with a total length of about 1.8 kilometers. Total investment exceeds VND 716 billion.
On a 0.8-kilometre section, contractors are laying asphalt concrete. Overall progress has reached nearly 60% of the contract value.
Despite difficulties related to materials and fuel, the project management board and contractors are making efforts to maintain construction progress in line with the completion schedule of port infrastructure projects. Particularly on the final section, where conditions are more complex, all components are still progressing on schedule.
According to the plan, the project is scheduled for completion within 18 months. Contractors are striving to shorten this to 12 months.
