At the meetings, Chairman Do Thanh Trung said the delegations’ visit and participation in the Red Flamboyant Festival – Hai Phong 2026 reflected the close relations between Vietnam and Cambodia and China in general, as well as between Hai Phong and the respective localities in particular.
He said Hai Phong, Preah Sihanouk province and Nanning city, with their respective potential and advantages, would continue to expand exchanges and cooperation in areas including the economy, science, education and training, culture and people-to-people exchanges, contributing to strengthening friendship and cooperation between the localities.
