The loan packages require no collateral or asset guarantees, only confirmation and credit endorsement from employers and grassroots unions, making it easy for members to access. Each year, nearly 1,000 customers, accounting for nearly 70% of the Fund's total clients, borrow to invest in production, business, or small services, creating jobs for family and community. Average family income increases by 2-4 million VND per month. Since the beginning of the year, the city’s Fund has disbursed nearly 100 emergency loan instances directly or via the App of Hai Phong Labor Federation.
