According to the agreement, Shinec and Tien Thanh companies will collaborate to implement the Tien Thanh industrial park project by sharing roles and leveraging each party's strengths. Accordingly, Tien Thanh takes main responsibility for building the industrial park's technical infrastructure systems. With experience in developing the Nam Cau Kien eco-industrial park model, Shinec will serve as consultant to build an operating mechanism oriented toward ecology, circularity,

 meeting environmental and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. To implement the cooperation, both sides agree to establish a Project Steering Committee to carry out tasks under a joint coordination mechanism, ensuring progress and efficiency. This partnership is expected to help Tien Thanh industrial park project develop as a new-generation eco-industrial park, aligning with Hai Phong City's green growth orientation.
