Inspection and supervision of occupational safety and hygiene
To ensure a safe working environment for employees, the trade unions at Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company regularly coordinate with specialized units to inspect and supervise the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene measures, as well as fire prevention in the enterprise; participate in developing and reviewing regulations, technological procedures for cargo handling, and measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene in port operations and business activities.

The trade union takes part in periodic inspections to monitor compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention regulations, as well as disaster prevention and search and rescue at the port; assess the safety status of machinery and equipment, working conditions, and workplace hygiene, proactively identify risks, propose preventive measures, improve working conditions, and recommend solutions to mitigate hazards to prevent work accidents, equipment damage, or cargo loss.
