To meet the target, local Party committees have focused on reviewing and closely monitoring businesses in their areas, while selecting enterprises with sufficient workforce size and qualified candidates to develop plans for establishing new Party committees at enterprises.
For the 2026-2030 period, the Hai Phong Party Committee aims for annual new Party member admissions equivalent to at least 3% of the previous year’s membership. It also targets 100% completion of membership development quotas across Party committees, with at least 25% of new members being workers in enterprises. The development of Party committees and Party members in businesses is expected not only to strengthen the Party’s leadership role but also to help build a stable production and business environment and support sustainable socio-economic development.
