Under the pilot program to build united, prosperous and happy communities, one of the targets is to ensure that all disadvantaged households and policy beneficiary families in the area receive care, assistance and support from their communities.
In Thuy Nguyen Ward, for children with disabilities and those in need, the ward Youth Union has not only visited and presented meaningful gifts to them, but has also coordinated with various organizations to implement youth projects aimed at creating a healthy environment where children can play safely and develop comprehensively.
From pilot models in schools to initiatives implemented across different areas of social life, Hai Phong has been gradually translating the goal of building socialism into concrete models, criteria and actions, with the aim of building a "civilized and happy city" where all residents can benefit from development.
