Mobilizing foreign resources to support disadvantaged students
Not only contributing to local economic development, many foreign-invested enterprises also actively accompany social welfare work, particularly caring for students in difficult circumstances. In Luu Kiem Ward, the support from Van der Leun Vietnam Limited Company Vietnam has given many students renewed motivation to continue to go to school.

40 bicycles donated to disadvantaged students across primary, secondary and high schools  in Luu Kiem Ward, with a total value of more than 70 million VND, were not only a material gift but also a practical encouragement. They shorten the journey to school, ease burdens on many families and restore students’ confidence to strive in their studies. Van-der Leun Vietnam is a Dutch company specializing in electrical systems for the maritime and industrial sectors. For many years, the company has been actively involved in local humanitarian and charitable activities.
