The company is currently building a series of 13,000 DWT oil and chemical tankers as part of an order for 10 vessels placed by a South Korean shipping company. Each vessel is 128.6 meters long overall, 20.4 meters wide, 11.5 meters deep and has a draught of 8.7 meters.

The Hai Phong shipbuilding industry, once affected by market downturns, a shortage of orders and a shrinking workforce, is regaining growth momentum. Against that backdrop, Pha Rung Shipbuilding is continuing to seek new markets, particularly in overseas ship repair, while adopting advanced equipment and technologies, including laser cutting machines and high-pressure water blasting systems, to improve productivity and protect the environment.

The company provides stable employment for more than 700 core workers and continues to recruit additional employees to meet its production needs.
