On the morning of October 6, Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee launched a campaign to support people affected by storm No. 10. 
At the launching ceremony, the leaders and, civil servants of Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee directly donated VND 22 million to support people in provinces and cities to overcome the storm aftermaths. At the same time, through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, An Phong ward donated VND 20 million to people in localities affected by the storm. Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee continues to join hands with the whole country  to support localities affected by storms and floods to send donations to people in disaster-stricken areas in order to help them quickly overcome the storm aftermaths and floods and stabilize their lives.
