Addressing the conference, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen urged the Women's Union of the 6 centrally- run cities to further promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility and effectively implement the signed emulation agreement. She placed focus on replication of effective models and best practices, with the aim of improving the quality of the Women's Union's activities and the women's movements in the coming period. The Women's Union in the cluster comprising Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho has unanimously signed an emulation agreement for 2026. The agreement focuses on the synchronized and creative implementation of the Central Women's Union's 2026 theme; concretizing it into programs, models, and targets tailored to the specific conditions of each locality.
