According to the Resolution No. 43, 100% of the fee for certifying copies from original documents (applied according to Circular No. 226/2016 of the Ministry of Finance) will be subsidized when organizations or individuals request the certification of electronic copies from original documents at the Public Administrative Service Centers of the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in Hai Phong City.To ensure the implementation of the Resolution, the Public Administrative Service Centers have been promptly carrying out the relevant tasks. Hong Bang ward has intensified its information dissemination so that all people can grasp this policy.
The Resolution No. 43 of the City People's Council, which stipulates the full cover for fees for certifying electronic copies from original documents in Hai Phong city, will come into effect from January 1. 2026 to December 31, 2030.
