Currently, the stage installation is being urgently completed by the construction unit. 
In addition to focusing on the construction of the main stage area, the grandstand areas are also being installed early, ensuring a scientific and safe layout and good visibility for the audience. This year’s art program brings together many well-known artists and will be broadcast live on television channels and digital platforms of Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio – Television; it will also be shown on a large screen at the Xu Dong Cultural Center – Le Thanh Nghi Ward. Exactly at the New Year’s Eve moment, at the Bac Song Cam Political – Administrative Center, a large-scale fireworks display will be held to welcome the New Year, including 600 high-altitude fireworks, 150 low-altitude fireworks, and 50 rockets, starting 2026 with confidence, hope, and new momentum.
