At the City Convention and Performance Center, the Prime Minister personally presented gifts and inquired about the lives of residents and workers, while emphasizing policies to ensure social welfare and care for vulnerable groups, with the spirit that “no one is left behind.”
During the visit, the Prime Minister also met with Vietnamese Heroic Mothers such as Phạm Thị Hán and Đinh Thị Bé, expressing gratitude for their sacrifices in the struggle for national liberation.
In addition, the delegation visited the family of war invalid Nguyễn Văn Tập, encouraging them to continue upholding revolutionary traditions and overcoming difficulties in life.
