Alongside infrastructure upgrades, telecommunications providers are stepping up public outreach by promoting the advantages of 5G services in residential areas and other high-traffic locations, allowing residents and businesses to experience the technology firsthand. Under Hai Phong's 2026-2030 Digital Infrastructure Development Plan, the city aims to achieve 100% population coverage with 5G mobile broadband by 2030. It also plans to build telecommunications infrastructure with sufficient capacity to support future 6G mobile network trials.
