Under the plan, the agency will regularly hold training on the Law on Disaster Prevention and Control for organizations, individuals under its management, as well as its civil servants and employees. It will also instruct and urge port operators and shipbuilding and repair yards to prepare disaster response plans ahead of the storm season, while inspecting anchorage areas and safety, maritime security and environmental protection measures at ports and shipbuilding and repair facilities before the rainy and typhoon season.
