In the past 8 months, the B2C e-commerce market (businesses selling to consumers)
increased by 25-27%, 3-7 percentage points higher than expected. With this
positive development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade adjusted the growth
scenario for the fourth quarter and the whole year. Accordingly, the average growth
in the last 3 months of the year is expected to reach 33.67%, nearly 8 points higher
than the old forecast. The target for 2025 was raised to 25.5% instead of the
expectation of 20-22% at the beginning of the year.
