On behalf of the city leadership, Chairman Le Van Hieu conveyed his congratulations to the leaders, reporters, editors, and staff of the two units. He emphasized that throughout the city’s development, the press agencies have consistently remained close to people's lives, continuously updating political, economic, and social developments as well as reporting on the city’s major achievements and breakthroughs. Generations of journalists and editors have worked in solidarity and made crucial contributions to the construction and development of Hai Phong.
The Chairman urged the Hai Phong City Electronic Information Portal and the Hai Phong Public Security Special Edition to strengthen their connection with the city’s development by promptly communicating policies and directives issued by the City Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee. He also called on them to fully reflect the aspirations and concerns of all segments of society, effectively carry out public communication tasks, closely follow the Party’s guidelines and State policies, and contribute positively to the city’s socio-economic development.
In addition, he encouraged the media units to stay closely connected to real-life developments, provide timely and accurate information about public concerns, and continuously innovate and improve the quality of their content to meet the growing information needs of citizens in the digital era.
