The project covers a total area of 9.18 hectares, revoking land from 250 households and two organizations, including 205 households with 4.26 hectares of agricultural land, 45 households with residential land, and over 4.3 hectares of land for roads and irrigation. So far, the local authorities have completed site clearance and handed over the site to the investors for construction. This includes 41 households with residential land, 205 households with agricultural land, and two public facilities.

Currently, there are still four households with pond land, of which three have houses on the land and one has vacant land. These households have not yet accepted compensation and have not handed over the site for the contractor to carry out the project.

To accelerate the site clearance process, the leaders of Vinh Bao District have instructed local authorities and community organizations to continue publicizing and mobilizing residents to understand the importance of the project and the legal regulations involved. In cases where households refuse to hand over the site, the local authorities will enforce site clearance in accordance with the law./.
