The trade fair and exhibition of outstanding rural industrial products is part of a series of industry and trade events for the northern region being held in Hai Phong. It serves not only as a venue to showcase industrial, handicraft and rural products and achievements from northern provinces and cities, but also as a platform connecting supply and demand, enabling participating units to seek partners and expand markets.

The fair features nearly 500 booths across two sections. Section 1 comprises 250 booths displaying and promoting outstanding rural industrial products from Hai Phong and northern provinces and cities, arranged and designed under their respective visual identities. Booths in Section 2 are operated under a socialized model, featuring trade and services, food and beverages, ornamental plants and animals, and handicrafts. The fair runs through October 7.
