To address difficulties in securing raw and fuel materials, the project management board and contractors are making every effort to organize construction and maintain the required pace in line with the planned completion and commissioning schedule of port construction projects. The final section of the route is being built under more complex and challenging conditions, but thanks to their strong commitment and determination, all project components remain on schedule.

“The contractors have mobilized virtually all of their available personnel and equipment. First of all, the contractors are determined to complete the entire road surfacing by October 31. The sidewalks and stone embankments will be completed over the remaining two months.”

The project to build the post-port road from Berth No. 3 to Berth No. 6 starts at the point connecting with the end of the post-port road serving Berth No. 2 and ends at the boundary of Berth No. 6. The road is approximately 1.8 kilometers long, with a total investment of more than VND 716 billion. The project has reached 90% of its contract value.

Once completed, the project will help unlock the potential and strengths of logistics activities and the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, while attracting and making effective use of investment capital in the city.
