On 4 March, Vingroup officially started the construction a project of  Vinhomes Riverside Hai Phong complex township in Thuong Ly ward, Hong Bang district.     

The project of  Vinhomes Riverside Hai Phong complex township is one of the major projects of Vingroup to be launched in 2016. It has a total area of 78.5 ha, a special location lying on peninsula and two fronts to border with Cua Cam and Thuong Ly rivers, the last two fronts to border with major traffic road. Vinhomes Riverside Hai Phong is constructed into township along the banks of a river with functional areas of low - storey housing, building, public works, water surface, green trees etc.., in which housing including villa, adjacent villa and shophouse with a large view, to mix with nature landscape and to design in accordance with luxurious and professional style. Especially, single villas are lying close to the river banks having a spacious courtyard and garden, swimming pool in the direction towards the river, bringing a lifestyle of resort to the owner.                   

The highlighted point of the project is a forty-five storey building, including a five star hotel, office and commercial service crossing between Ha Noi and Nam Cau Binh streets, which is the highest building in the coastal region now and it will become the biggest tourism center, shopping, entertainment in Hai Phong city. Additionally, the investor will build many facilities for residents here such as Vinschool, green park, club house etc..           

Mr. Nguyen Quang Viet, vice president of Vingroup, a representative of the investor said Hai Phong is one of a major locations of Vingroup. Besides, Vincom Plaza Le Thanh Tong - Hai Phong commercial center has been put into operation, projects of Vu Yen island and Vinmec international hospital have been deploying, the project of  Vinhomes Riverside Hai Phong started construction to affirm Vingroup’s determination together with development of the city. This is a new advance in a strategy of Vingroup – Vinhomes size expansion in the field of high –class real estate, reaching to provinces, cities nationwide.
