In his closing speech at the camp, comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, expressed his hope that the camp would not only become an annual activity but also gradually expand in scale, evolving into a major festival for young people across the country — a place where the mettle, intelligence, and proactive spirit of Vietnamese youth in international integration converge. He hoped that upon returning to their localities and units, each student delegate would serve as an “ambassador of international integration” — spreading the spirit of foreign language learning, promoting integration skills, and inspiring aspirations within the community. Thus, they would nurture a generation of young Vietnamese with mettle and knowledge, ready to reach out to the world and make practical contributions to the country’s rapid and sustainable development.
