The conference attracted a large number of scientists, experts, lecturers, researchers, students and representatives from businesses, management agencies, research institutes and universities at home and abroad, particularly from South Korea. Discussions focused on green propulsion systems and carbon emission reduction technologies; smart operation, maintenance and industrial optimization; and the integration of digital technologies with advanced diagnostic techniques.
Through the conference, Vietnam Maritime University reaffirmed its role as a center for education, research and innovation in marine economics, maritime engineering and energy technologies, contributing to the development of a sustainable marine economy and the country's goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
