The club has taken a wide range of effective and practical activities with diverse forms, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
In the first 6 months of the year, members of Do Son Industrial Park Trade Union Club have applied the knowledge and experience gained from the activities to the practice of trade union activities at grassroots in a bid to improve the quality of taking care of workers. The whole bloc organized 24 dialogues at the workplace, resolved 32 complaints and suggestions. After dialogue and negotiation, more than 56% of enterprises adjusted to increase salary with an average increase of more than 200,000 VND. The club also plays the role as a fast information channel, promptly reflecting difficulties and obstacles from the grassroots to the higher-level trade union, recommending solutions to competent authorities, contributing to improving the working environment and improving the lives of workers.
