Specifically, the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee, the Department of Culture - Society, the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of the ward has set up the model "Dedicated cadres - Consensus of the people", the Public Administration Service Center has set up the model "Friendly public administration service center serving the people". The two models aims to enhance the responsibility, public ethics and service spirit of civil servants; build the image of the ward's civil servants as dedicated, responsible, close and friendly to the people.
