Accommodation service revenue in Hai Phong last July reached over 412 billion VND, up 10.54% compared to the previous month and up nearly 20% compared to the same period last year. In the first 7 months of this year, accommodation revenue reached over 2,000 billion VND, up 17.18% compared to the same period last year. In the past 7 months, food and beverage service revenue reached over 19,700 billion VND, up 15.05% compared to the same period last year. Tourism revenue reached over 316 billion VND, up 13.18% compared to the same period last year. In order to achieve high revenue from services, in recent time, units and localities of Hai Phong city have tirelessly improved product quality and diversified tourism products. The city has implemented research to develop a set of Foodtour criteria, reviewed street food eateries and developed criteria for selecting "Hai Phong Delicacies" in 2025, contributing to promoting local culinary identity in a systematic manner. The city has held a wide range of outstanding events on a large scale which has contributed to the strong growth in the revenue from services.
