The first General Election was a great historical event. It’s the first time Vietnamese people have exercised their democratic right to elect the National Assembly, demonstrating the strength of national unity, affirming the legitimacy of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and opening an era of building a new regime, "a state of the people, by the people and for the people." In the joyful atmosphere as the whole country looks forward to the 14th National Congress of the Party and commemorates the 80th anniversary of the first General Election, the Hai Phong Contemporary Art Theatre has staged an art program in praise of the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh. The art program expresses patriotism and national spirit.
After a period of intensive rehearsals, this morning, the creative team and the entire group of artists conducted a final rehearsal to ensure the best success of the performance. This art program brings a joyful atmosphere, together with the whole country looking forward to the 14th National Party Congress with many great expectations.
