More than 1.28 million land parcels and over 4.6 million civil registration records have been digitized, while nearly 99.8% of social and health insurance participants have been verified against the National Population Database. The city is working to ensure its databases are accurate, complete, clean and continuously updated in real time to support governance, forecasting and decision-making. Hai Phong has also issued Plan No. 145 to complete its shared and sector-specific databases in 2026, directing departments and agencies to review, update and finalize their datasets. Databases that have yet to complete their data framework and compilation must be updated by Sept. 30. All departments and agencies are required to issue implementation plans for completing shared and sector-specific databases to ensure progress stays on schedule.
