The department is also tasked with reviewing and verifying developers' pricing plans before publication, requiring developers to fully publicize project information on their websites and submit the information to the Department of Construction and communal People's Committees for public disclosure. At the same time, authorities will introduce internal procedures for reviewing home purchase applications, strengthen coordination among departments and local authorities to reduce time for applicants, verify eligibility to ensure support reaches the right beneficiaries, prevent applicants from submitting multiple applications for different projects and reinforce post-inspection throughout the home purchase process.
