The Community Digital Technology Team of Ly Thuong Kiet Residential Quarter, Hong Bang Ward, has effectively supported local residents in implementing the “Digital Citizen of Hong Bang Ward” model. Through a QR code system, residents can easily access information on digital transformation, as well as learn how to identify, prevent, and appropriately respond to common forms of online fraud.

To deploy the “Digital Citizen of Hong Bang Ward” model, the ward has trained 70 Community Digital Technology Teams to implement the program. These teams have distributed QR codes to more than 29,000 households in the ward and provided guidance to each household on how to use the QR code to participate in the model.

The “Digital Citizen of Hong Bang Ward” model has been implemented with the participation of the entire political system of the ward, serving as a highlight in promoting digital transformation. Through this initiative, local residents have gradually become familiar with conducting administrative procedures online.

Since the establishment of the Hong Bang Ward Public Administration Service Center under the two-level local government structure, the center has guided, received, and processed over 15,000 administrative records, of which 99.9% have been handled online. This demonstrates remarkable progress in developing the digital government, digital economy, and digital society.
