The port cargo throughput in Hai Phong area made up of more than 40% of the yearly plan, up 11.95% over the same period last year. By the end of the year is identified as an important time for ports to increase productivity and output to win the annual plan target.
 On average, each week, VIP Green Port receives 10 to 11 vessels coming in and out to load and unload goods. In the first half of this year, with the port cargo throughput of more than 310,000 TEUs of VIP Green Port, it shows the great efforts of enterprises when most river ports in Dinh Vu area recorded a slight decrease in cargo throughput compared to the same period last year due to many objective factors. According to experts, the  the port cargo throughput depends largely on domestic consumption, import and export of FDI enterprises and objective factors from the global market and often tends to increase sharply towards the end of the year. In the context of intertwined advantages and challenges, port enterprises said they continue to implement many synchronous solutions, focusing on maintaining the market in parallel with improving loading and unloading productivity to facilitate cargo vessels./.
