New regulations on investment designation and petition handling in bidding
The Government has issued Decree No. 225 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Bidding on investor selection.

Decree No. 225 clarifies a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Bidding on selecting investors to implement projects that shall be organized a bidding process according to the provisions of the law; the Government’s Decree No. 115 on a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Bidding on selecting investors to implement investment projects using land. Notably, the above Decree has added 2 important chapters related to the designation of investors and the handling of petitions in bidding for selecting investors.
