In Hong Bang ward, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward has mobilized civil servants, departments, organizations, schools, armed forces and residential quarters to join hands to support the Cuban people. This is not only a meaningful humanitarian activity, demonstrating the loyal friendship and international solidarity of the Vietnamese people for the Cuban people, but also an opportunity to express gratitude to Cuba for their great support for Vietnam during the difficult years. Many forms in support of the Cuban people have been taken by collectives and individuals.
To support the Cuban people, organizations and individuals can give donations in many forms such as calling donations among cadres, members, union members, workers at agencies, organizations, schools and residential quarters, mobilizing support from domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations; receiving donations through many direct and online channels at the Central Office of the Vietnam Red Cross.
The program in support of the Cuban people takes place in 65 days (from August 13 to October 16, 2025) to raise fund to support the Cuban people to overcome difficulties and foster the special friendship between the two nations.
