The event attracted 150 doctors, medical staff, students, volunteers, blood donation clubs and Red Cross first aid stations in the city. Simulated traffic accident situation in stormy weather, strong winds, fallen trees, 6 victims with multiple injuries were recorded. The emergency team received the report, mobilized medical staffs to the scene, provided initial first aid, specialized treatment and transported them to medical facilities. Through the event, Hai Phong Red Cross and Hai Phong Emergency Center  115  called on the community to actively participate in and respond to first aid activities to give assistance to those suffering accidents and unexpected injuries.
