Improving efficiency of administrative procedure settlement
After more than 3 months of implementing the 2-level local government, although there are still some shortcomings, the activities of the Public Administration Service Centers of localities have created a professional, modern, and effective working environment, aiming at building a service-oriented administration serving with people.

At Hong Bang Ward Public Administration Service Center, over the past 3 months, the Center has guided, received and processed more than 14,400 records, of which the number of records that have been resolved reached 98.35%. Currently, each day, the center receives an average of 300-350 dossiers, even nearly 600 in peak days. In order to ensure that dossiers will be processed on time, the Center's civil servants work overtime in addition to the 8 hours of work. Thanks to that effort, Hong Bang Ward Public Administration Service Center is one of the 5 localities with the largest total number of dossiers that have been received and resolved, with the 100% of dossiers have been dealt with before the deadline or on time.
