Ngo Quyen Ward has organized a dialogue between the heads of local Party committees and authorities with representatives of enterprises, cooperatives and business households. 
In the first 9 months, the total budget revenue in the ward reached more than 338 billion VND (equal to 83.3% of the estimate), non-state tax revenue reached 91% of the plan; the fields of culture, social security, urban areas, security and order were ensured. The ward has implemented many effective administrative reform and digital transformation models such as "Friendly Saturday", "Digital Residential quarters", "Mobile Legal Advisory Group", "AI Virtual Assistant to Support Citizens"... The conference recorded many frank comments from enterprises and business households on administrative procedures, taxes, land, labor, social insurance, environment, contributing to helping the ward perfect the mechanism and improve the investment and business environment.
