In preparation for the 30th Session (the special session) of the 16th City People Council, term 2021 - 2026; The Legal Committee under City People  Council has convened a meeting to examine reports, submissions and draft resolutions to be submitted at the session.
In which the City People Committee reported and proposed the City People Council to issue 02 administrative resolutions. The City People Council decided to apply 39 Resolutions and abolish 78 Resolutions issued by the People  Council of the former Hai Phong City and Hai Duong Province in the new Hai Phong City after the merger. After listening to the reports and opinions of the delegates at the meeting, the leader of the Legal Committee under Hai Phong People Council proposed that relevant agencies continue to review and make appropriate adjustments so that the Legal Committee can absorb and synthesize opinions for submission at the upcoming 30th Session (special session) of the City People Council, term 2021 - 2026; at the same time, he requested agencies to continue reviewing the remaining 158 Resolutions as soon as possible.
